  • We book just one wedding a weekend allowing you Friday- Sunday to setup and breakdown. You are also welcome to use our space for rehersal dinner Friday night. You have the venue space from 9am-10pm.

  • The ranch is magical year-round and therefore we do not offer wedding venue discounts.

  • We can accomadate events up to 250 guests.

  • Yes, we have our Hilltop House that is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, that sleeps 8. It is $900 per night

  • Yes, we provide restrooms for up to 200 guests!

  • Yes, outside alochol is allowed and we do allow a full bar.

  • Yes, the venue space is all one level flat and accesible for edlery and disabled guests.

  • Well-behaved dogs are permitted during the ceremony as long as they remain on leash at all times. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must be taken home immediately following the ceremony.

  • Yes, we do have on-site parking avaible for vendors, imieditate family and the wedding party. However, for guest safety and to preserve the flow of events, we require all other guests too arrive and depart with transportation (shuttles) to and from the wedding venue.

  • Your venue rental gives you full access to our pond, grass meadow, and Green Party Barn, plus restrooms. You’ll bring in your own rentals and vendors, which allows you to truly customize your day from the ground up.

  • Hilltop Guest Ranch is located in the Santa Ynez Valley, about 40 minutes north of Santa Barbara. We are just 10 minutes off the 101 and conveniently neighboring Santa Ynez, Buellton, Solvang, Los Alamos, and Los Olivos.

  • Our unique geographical setting sets Hilltop apart, bordered by sweeping mountain ranges and a winding river below the property remains green and lush year-round, even through California’s dry season. At its heart sits our storybook pond, perched atop a bluff, the only one of its kind, framed by lily pads and reeds with expansive valley views that feel lifted from a painting.
